You may have read the New York Times article on Sunday about the Vit. D controversy. Here is my take in vitamin D, deficiencies, sunlight
There is massive research that to keep your Vit D levels normal is 20 minutes outside a day without sunscreen. That is it. Even if it is cloudy you still get some Vit. D.
The kicker? If you combine that time outside with a walk you get 2 health benefits for the price of 1. Not into walking? 😎 Just go outside and sit, breathe, read, update ur status.
Whatever! Just get out there and ditch the supplements.
